If passing the gravy around the family dinner table is just too passé, let Ferré serve up an Italian-themed Thanksgiving meal. Mom’s green-bean casserole falls flat when compared to Cider-Cured Pork Loin over maple whipped yams with wilted Swiss chard and apple-marsala jus.
