In our short time on earth, we’ve mastered a great many skills. Eating with chopsticks. Finding the perfect swimsuit without trying it on. And disarming nuclear warheads with nothing but eyebrow tweezers and a jar of marshmallow fluff.
But we like to think that our greatest talent takes place in the bedroom. (And no, we don’t mean our ability to snore the national anthem.)
SEX. That’s what we’re talking about.
It’s also what Dr. Gloria G. Brame’s talking about in her newest book, The Truth About Sex: Volume 1.
We thought we knew everything there was to know about the subject, but there was plenty of fascinating information we’d never learned. Like something called “sex for reproduction.” Who knew?!
There’s even a section on penis awareness. Surprisingly, it wasn’t about being able to determine the exact size and shape by staring at a guy’s crotch whether he’s in a Speedo or a suit of armor (also one of our many talents).
Designed for anyone who has sex – men, women, gay, straight – it focuses on facts that take some of the myths and taboos out of the topic. Like the FACT that masturbation is medically proven to be good for your health. And orgasms make us live longer. (We’re so excited at the possibility of celebrating our 132nd birthday!)
Sure, we had to skip past all the vagina business, but this book gave us a lot of data we never knew. Heck, it even taught us some new tricks.
Now to find some new tricks to practice on.
