The secret is to dry both sides of the potatoes on paper towels after you slice them with the included mandolin (extra drying time only seemed to make them crispier in the end).
Then simply lay the slices on the silicon grid without overlapping, place them in the microwave and three minutes later you’ve got a healthy snack.
