Fashion Dreams Really Do Come TatTRUE

It seems like years since we first saw the giant red façade with roaring tiger head and banner announcing that the Ed Hardy store was “coming soon” to NorthPark.

And it’s finally here, so hipsters everywhere can breathe a collective sigh of relief while wiping the sweat from their trucker-hat wearing brow.

No longer will they have to run from store to store collecting little bits of the super skully Ed Hardy line. Now it’s all in one place.

Riffing on tattoo culture so that even grandma can look like she served time in San Quintin, the Ed Hardy store boasts a collection of shirts, shoes, shorts, socks and who knows what else all bearing rough-and-tumble tattoo art like snakes, skulls, daggers and cougars (or are they panthers?).

Need a cute outfit as a gift for that baby shower? How about a onesie with a skull and banner reading “Love Kills Slowly.” It’s certain to get you an invite to the little one’s first birthday party.

Try and try as we may, our Ed Hardy butch look still hasn’t fooled anyone.

But we sill still devote ourselves to any designer daring enough to bedazzle a giant skull on our swimsuit!
