By the time you kick your trick to the curb, the jackhammer is already breaking up the sidewalk for another much needed Luxury Condo building. This, of course, wakes up that colicky baby across the hall from your Luxury-less Walk-Up. The next thing you know it’s Happy Hour and the only word you’ve written all day was into a browser address bar: Xtube. “Tomorrow, Tomorrow, the words will come out Tomorrow!”

Little Whore-phan Annie needs an office. Without Xtube. Ok, perhaps you still want WiFi, but you need the whole setup to be cheap, cheap, cheap! Until you sell the next Brokeback, you’re just plain broke, Jack.

Located steps away from Union Square, the 2,500 square foot writing space has 38 partitioned desks where you can write in a silent, Zen-like atmosphere on your own laptop.

However, there’s also a café area where you can eat lunch or make frantic phone calls to your agent during the bidding war for the screenplay that you finally finished.

By the way, we totally agree. Christian Bale should definitely play you in the movie!
